It also must have two axles and a gross vehicle weight that exceeds 26,000 pounds, or three or more axles.
Register in your home state. Certain vehicles are exempt from the apportionable vehicle definition. This covers recreational, government, city, and delivery vehicles. It also covers limited plates and charter buses.
